Return Process

  1. Request Review: Once we receive your request, our team will review it within 48 hours.
  2. Pickup & Return: If approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup via our courier partner.
  3. Inspection & Refund: After we receive and verify the returned item, we will process your refund within 24 hours.

Please note that we do not accept returns or claims after 7 days from the date of delivery.
